'Wonderful experience!'

'Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr persönlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten wurden sehr individuell durchgeführt. Die Ausstattung des Luxuszeltes war hervorragend. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Getränke auch tagsüber waren inklusiv.'

'Toller Aufenthalt - sauberer und gepflegter Bungalow - super nettes Personal, gute Küche! Ausflüge zu den Vic-Falls und Safaris mit Auto (früh Morgens) und abends mit dem Boot wurden top organisiert! Nur zu empfehlen!!!'

'River View is a small resort which offers sn all inclusive experience. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are cooked options for breakfast, a complimentary serve yourself lunch as dinner with two main options. On one of our nights we had a barbeque. They have their own arranged boat safari in the afternoon and early morning game drives. I would definitely recommend River View in Kasane.'

'It was a great experience. Super great location, the service was phenomenal and I really felt like I was among great friends. The best sunset is from the pool deck...at night we were visited by herds of elephants and hippo and it is just magical to watch them so close. The food....oh the food....it was incredible! I super recommend this beautiful lodge if you are visiting Chobe'

'Die Lage ist großartig, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, wertschätzend und stets mit einem Lächeln. Den General Manager nehme ich allerdings ausdrücklich aus. Alle Zelte liegen perfekt mit Blick auf dem Fluss, die Verpflegung ist sehr gut. Auch in Bezug auf die Nachhaltigkeit gibt sich das Camp große Mühe. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Camp am MPNP, leider viel zu teuer. Aber das sind teilweise die Preise, die in Botswana zu zahlen sind. Dennoch passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht, wie der...

'Maun us very hot, it ran 38C - 40C during our 4 days there. The cabins badly need air conditioning.'

'We found the hotel extremely over priced. It should be half the price, or less. The room is very basic. The decor in the common areas is fairly sparse and dated. They even wanted to charge us to borrow their international adaptor! The service at the restaurant was slow but the staff there were nice. The location is good though. We would not recommend it (unless maybe they drop their price and you're looking for something with no frills.)'

'The Island Safari Lodge is a great option for those staying in Maun to explore the Okavango Delta, Chiefs Island, and Morami. The property is massive with extensive walking trails and wildlife. The entire property is also walled and gated so you won’t encounter dangerous animals. The lodging is a bit dated so think of a higher end cabin experience as opposed to a hotel. 'Mooi gelegen met ruime tuin, maar slecht onderhouden tenten met gedeelde badkamers. We waren de enige toeristen in welliswaar het laagseizoen. Zwembad zag er oud uit, met vieze matrassen op ligbedden. Wifi zeer traag. Indruk van vergane glorie. Personeel wel erg vriendelijk en bedden opnieuw opgemaakt. '
