'Thin walls. Heard neighbors talking on their phones (it was loud and had trouble sleeping), dogs and kids running upstairs, toilet activity, yuck. Plan for atleast one hour if you want to take a shower since the shower head is tiny and has very very low water pressure.'

'We were there opening weekend - property was super clean and staff was awesome. Wanted to watch March madness and forgot adapter - and the staff brought me a new adapter so we could watch the game. Very awesome.'

'Staff at breakfast did not speak English. Breakfast cost $15 per person. So i had to pay $30 for grandsons to eat a bowl of cereal. Breakfast was not served. You had to get it. It was cold. Not a big selection. Most crucial thing is always have staff that speaks English. The maid also spoke no English.'

'This property was one if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we travel very often to many other counties and states. The location was perfect and very central, near a beautiful waterfront park with a famous pineapple fountain and near all the historical sights, shopping and restaurants.
