The hotel itself isn’t awful, it is the front desk staff who made our experience here terrible. I went to check in and was ignored by the front desk. When the young woman decided to acknowledge me it was not welcoming or professional. After getting checked in we noticed that we were not stocked with adequate towels, so my wife went down to ask for another towel. The same young lady attending the desk was on her phone having a personal conversation on her speaker while ignoring that my wife was at the desk. After my wife listened to her personal conversation for about 5 minute, the young lady looked up and didn’t say anything. My wife asked for the towel and when it was handed to her, the young lady went back to being on her loud conversation on the phone. Our rooms shower did not have cold water so we were not able to give our children showers or else they’d have got burned. In the morning I went to check out and another person on the front desk looked at me without any greeting. I asked to check out, gave my room number and she told me I was good. The people who run the front desk are not friendly or professional enough to run a hotel because the keyword hospitable was seriously lacking on their end. My family and I have been to many different hotels and these two individuals were among some of the rudest we have experienced. If I knew who the hotel owner was I would like to let them know they should try hiring people who are able to be kind and respectful to their guests!
