The Space:
This is a two bedroom, two bath townhome in a community known as Spring Run, within the larger Brooks community of Estero, FL. It features access to a number of pools, a clubhouse, golfing, and other social benefits with rental. It is within walking distance of Coconut Pointe Center, which is one of the largest and most creatively developed outdoor shopping centers in Florida.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all Brooks amenities, including pool, tennis, golf, social club, and more. Guest much purchase monthly Brooks membership.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in what is known as the Brooks, a complex of many subdivisions culminating into what is one of the most comprehensive golfing communities in the state.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that guests must complete both a rental agreement and a form for the Brooks Country Club. The Brooks requires 10 business days to receive and review this form before check in, so please do not book any stays fewer than 10 business days into the future.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
