'We, Mother and daughter) stayed for a month April into May. House is as pictured. Great location for walking to the beach, which we did daily. House was decently equipped for the month, would recommend some different kitchen dishes (not glass) and a few more utensils. Beds were decently comfortable and all bedrooms had a fan and tv. Livingroom was comfortable with large tv. The shared bathroom shower is a small stall and needs a lip of some sort installed to help keep water from running into...

We enjoyed some GREAT Italian food, a nice trip to the beach which was also very close, and some cruising. It was a memorable stay!'

'The property is in a nice neighborhood close to shops, such as Trader Joe’s and good restaurants. It was not an easy walk to Vanderbilt beach, but close enough to drive. The home has everything we needed and is very clean. The only thing I’d change is the master bedroom bed frame; it’s too big for the room, so the pointy edges at the end of the bed frame stick out and if you’re not careful, they jab your sides and believe me, it’s painful. My husband and I both got jabbed.'
