'To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues'

'The owners are not receptive, I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO in an attempt to finally get some type of info on getting into the property. Once I did get through, they told me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I sent them all of the confirmation documents.'

'This apartment was lovely and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. We found a lack of English speaking/understanding was a bit of a struggle at times, but staff were very helpful once they understood what we were saying/asking. The beach is lovely, great food/drinks from the bar and restaurant.....we would definitely like to come back there with our family :)'

'Falsche Adresse, keine Kontaktdaten außer dem Namen Georgy. Georgy antwortet nicht auf meine Briefe an FeWo-Direkt.. Zwei Stunden Suche mit Anwohnern nach einer unverständlichen Adresse in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Aber das Geld wurde sofort von der Karte abgebucht.'

'Clean and tidy apartment equipped with everything you could need on your Holliday. The host Jane told us some restaurants to try. There are three pools on site along with a bar, and friendly staff who are always willing to help. Sunny beach is a 10 minute shuttle bus ride away which runs daily from the resort. We would 100% recommend!'
