'The hotel experience was disappointing. I paid for breakfast, but there was confusion about whether I was supposed to receive it. There was no body wash, only one small bar of soap for four people, and our room was never cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre—the pancakes were hard and the French toast was soggy—so we ended up eating elsewhere.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'
