Uli's Place is a one bedroom one bath apartment with a full, updated kitchen. There is a detached, one bedroom with updated ensuite, and a separate entrance just outside the laundry room access. Perfect for two couples with plenty of privacy. You can relax on the front porch and listen to the nearby creek while you throw something on the grill! The laundry room is just off the kitchen for easy access. The living room offers plenty of seating options for you and your guests while streaming your favorite show on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, regular coffee pot and a Keurig. There is seating at the dining table for 4. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed. The bathroom is small but has a stand-up shower, toilet, sink, and storage cabinet. There is a brand new AC unit in the apartment. Please note there is no AC in the separate suite. The front yard is fenced-in but shared with the residents in the apartment on the opposite side of the main house. Pet-Friendly! Fireplace is not to be used, it is non-functioning at the moment. 4WD or AWD required for access in Winter months.
