'The breakfast is phenomenal, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, pastry. Everything you could ask for is available. It is a very large property, make sure you understand directions to your room prior to leaving the desk if you are in the second tower, it can be an adventure otherwise. Valet parking is on point, highly recommend. The down side, because it is a large property with an abundance of rooms, they hold a great deal of conventions and have a great deal of guests. 'The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...

'We had a wonderful time. Great communication ahead of stay. Loved the property and the common area amenities. The only downside for me was I like dark rooms when I sleep and the windows only had sheer curtains and the street lights are on outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.'

'Really enjoyed this stay. The staff were very nice considering a mixup with overbooking, but thankfully I was able to keep my reservation without any added stress. We came from about 8 hours away and were treated super nicely. Room and lobby were spotless, and also made it even nicer than we were only 5 minutes away from our venue! 'Really just the only choice to stay in Kansas City. Why? Well, the hotel is quite perfect in quality and cleanliness. The rooms are very large. The rooms are very quiet. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course.
