'This hotel was amazing!'

'The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. Yes, the breakfast is delicious. My partner and I arrived by train and took public transportation. Google Maps showed a short walk (0.3...

'I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC.'

'The bathroom door drug on the floor and would only open about two feet. to get in and out and was very difficult to close completely. Our shower had mold under the caulking over several feet around the bottom of the shower. The carpet was sticky in some areas. The dresser drawers didn't all pull out. It was double price for a Saturday night versus Sunday night.'

'The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is a wonderful hotel! We traveled from Hawaii and was greeted with plenty ALOHA! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the bell desk worker (who's been there for over 40 years) was very welcoming :) The hotel is clean with cute local shops and places to eat, and the beds are super comfy! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.'

'The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay.'

'Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again.'

'This is more of a big motel 6 than any Vegas style casino. It is not worth the stay. It's old and it shows.'

'Great location near US 70 and Swope Park/Starlight Amphitheater. Easy check in and out with helpful staff. Room was clean but faced US 70 under construction and was somewhat noisy. Hotel is older but was in decent condition. Good price. I would stay here again for short term stays.'

'Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!'
