'Stayed for one night. My son ate breakfast at the hotel and came back to the room and puked it up. Made it to the bathroom but missed the toilet. I cleaned it up with a towel. The hotel charged me $40 because they had to throw away the towel —- I am sorry but those towels don’t cost $40!!! They are super cheap towels! One towel lost and $40 they charged. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of!!!!! I guess he should have just thrown up on the carpet and not even worried about making it...

'Reserved on Expedia, but there's an unexpected hidden $100 per accommodation deposit required at check in. Sinks were missing stoppers, poor water pressure, shower floors seemed awfully slick, 1 of the bathroom vanity lights didn't work. Not impressed but, bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked great.'

'We come to Kansas City a couple of times every year to watch the Royals. This is our go to hotel. It's away from the stadium, but not too far, excellent community with allot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is free. It's the best free breakfast I have seen in my travels in the area. We will return.'
