Our loft offers the charm of an early 1900`s building with exposed brick and open rafter ceilings. The building was completely remodeled in 2017. Professionally decorated and high thread count linens and plush bedding with duvets changed between every guest. Waters, snacks, and other items are provided. Keurig available with a variety of coffee and teas. NO EVENTS and no additional guests allowed.

The loft comes with one indoor garage parking spot that can accommodate ONLY COMPACT AND SMALLER MIDSIZE vehicles. There is also a front street entrance with a set of steps that leads you to the loft. The building has other Lofts available. Please be respectful of noise in the common areas.

There is a paid parking lot next door to building and plenty of metered street parking spots. Metered spots do not have to be paid in evenings or weekends.

The parking is only one spot and holds ONLY smaller cars and suvs

1. This is a no smoking unit. SMOKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Smoking of any substance in the unit or terrace will result with your reservation being cancelled and no refund. There are families staying here, please have respect for others. Its important to know that Airbnbs no smoking policy includes no smoking on the entire property not just inside. Smoking fines and resolutions: -$200 smoking fine. -You will also be responsible for any financial losses we incur from leaving the condo smelling like smoke including: - Relocating upset guests to a smoke free environment.

2. The properties public areas are monitored 24/7 with security cameras. Please give us full disclosure of all guests who will be staying. $100 per night fee can be charged for guests that aren`t accounted for in the initial booking. Please don`t make us fine you, we don`t like doing this.
