'The young man that checked us in was not friendly at all. In the reviews everyone said they were greeted. That didn't happen. There is beach access if you walk across a busy highway with an on ramp that wraps around the hotel. So then we go to the pool. It was full of leaves. We push the button for the hot tub it didn't work. They said oh its broken but the water is warm. I could have sat in the tiny bath tub. I had a room in the front it was so loud from the traffic. Please dont be fooled by...

'First our room had a very strong sent of bleach after the second day the smell was gone. In certain areas of the hotel towards the far ends of the hallway, you can smell the musty mildew. They use diffusers with a great sent I can only imagine to cover the musty mildew smell. The staff is awesome; the amenities are great. I will have to look into other hotels in the same area to see if they are compatible to this hotel for our next visit.'

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed'

'We were traveling through. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint where the pillows were queen size and very lumpy on a king size bed. The casino was very nice, reminded us of casinos in Las Vegas. We will definitely return to this casino. Free drinks while you gamble!'
