When we arrive, the the hospitality was really nice. My reservation said that my room slipped five because it was my husband myself and three children, but there was only two queen best in the world. I assume that would be a separate room with the pullout sofa and TV, but there was not they did provide a rollaway bed. I was informed that the beach view rooms only have two queen beds in them because of the positioning of the room toward the beach. The view was spectacular beautiful view. The breakfast was good the first day the second day they ran out of some items so it was really skimpy. Said they were waiting for a truck. The third morning was OK for breakfast. I mean it’s free so it was good enough do not stay. They have to shut the water off about 11 or at 12 o’clock that morning, my husband went to take a shower and the water was off. They told him they had to shut the water off for about two hours and they have put a notice on the door, but we did not receive a notice on the door under the door no notice at all turns out the water was off for several hours when I went to complain after about five hours they turned the water on, but only the shower and toilet was operational. There was no running water in the sink. The next morning we checked off the water in the sink still was not working. The pool was heated, during the time the water was off the pool was not accessible, but we were able to use the pool at the hotel next door even with the complaints. Overall good.
