Eagle Cove is a two story luxury home boasting an open concept, spacious floor plan. The expansive interior allows plenty of room to accommodate large rental parties and multiple families traveling together. The upstairs great room and downstairs game room offer two large, separate living areas for guests to spread out. The kids can challenge each other to a game of pool or Pac-Man in the game room, while the adults enjoy a quiet dinner in the great room aside the sweeping lake views. Both rooms feature comfortable couches, smart tvs, floor to ceiling wood burning fireplaces to complete the modern, high-end, yet cozy atmosphere.

The home’s kitchen is conveniently located just off of the great room. It is clean, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and very well stocked with all of the comforts of home.
Eagle Cove Retreat is also a rare find for pet owners that are looking for a luxury home that allows their furry family members! The yard is fully gated and pet safe. We welcome up to three pre-approved dogs with a pet fee - $100 for one or two dogs, $125 for our max of three dogs.

**Because of the very high cost of utilities on the mountain, groups of 10 to 12 guests are subject to $75 large party fee. For a party of 12, that is only $6.25 flat additional per person, but it allows us to accommodate very large groups while keeping our nightly rates low. The upstairs/downstairs spacious/open floorplan works perfect for large groups and three showers makes getting ready in a large group more realistic. Fee charged after booking.
