'1st - the front desk manager refused to honour an included extra that was clearly marked on our reservation. 2nd - we got "upgraded" from a King bed room to a larger room - but it only had a Queen bed - despite clearly booking a King bed. 3rd - when I asked to be moved to a King bed room we were given a room that smelled like a homeless shelter.'

'Always enjoy this hotel. Its so close to the subway, staff is pleasant and hotel is very well kept and clean. The breakfast is complimentary and is on the light side, but a good coffee and a toasted bagel is all I need anyways. '

'The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. '

'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'

'Very warm welcome. Friendly staff. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. Location is convenient near the highway. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was good. Breakfast was good with all the necessary things. Very good coffee. Parking is easy and plenty on site. '

'Slecht! Schimmels in de badkamer, in 12 nachten is de lakens niet vervangen. Slecht ontbijt! Geen ramen maar mag roosters in de glas komen voor de vriese lucht! Viese tafels en stoelen met vlekken in de kamers, ontbijtzaal en het restaurant! Ze bieden 2 soorten internet en de 1 is tegen de betaling. Maar ze geven geen duidrlijke informatie er over.'

'Possibly the best run hotel I have ever stayed at. The management and staff are very visible and working hard as a team to take care of everything. I have zero complaints or suggestions. Excellent. '

'Great size rooms, clean, hair dryer and iron with ironing board in room which is a bonus. Very disappointed with the not included breakfast menu, had to go eat elsewhere.'
