'This is my 1st time writing a review, so here goes. Never have I had such a terrible experience at a hotel. Upon entering the room, you could clearly hear the toilet was "running," no phone in the room, the 2 night stand lights were not working, nor were the charging ports, there were used towels still in the bathroom from the previous occupants, the desk offered to move me another room but the lights were not working in that room also! The wifi was not working and the TV would freeze...

'The check-in process was changed for some reason. I don’t know why I was not able to check in on the kiosk this time despite me doing so the last two times I came here; booked on Expedia every time. The water park was nice, smelled better than when I last came a few months ago. The food quality could be a little better, but my experience was fine.'

'The hotel was a good choice for our trip. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly during every interaction. Because we were traveling with our grandsons, we chose the hotel because it looked clean, had the outdoor pool, and the breakfast. The hotel was clean and the boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was meh, but what we expected and it worked.'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.'

'I told the concierge that I did not want to attend the Wyndham sales presentation. I didn't want the free tickets or anything else. He would not take no for an answer. Expedia needs to warn when properties require high pressure sales presentations.'

'Upon initial check-in, they placed us in a 1st floor room by the dining area that had an overwhelming musty-smell. The carpet was wet and there was a considerable amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and we were placed on the 4th floor. That room was acceptable, clean, smelled clean and the beds were very clean.'

'PATRIOT INN IN WILLIAMSBURG VIRGINIA IS IN A GREAT LOCATION.THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE STAYED FOUR DAYS. WE WERE IN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT.THE BEDROOM WAS LARGE AND IT HAD TWO FULL BATHROOMS. ALL OF THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, IT HAND A FULL KITCHEN. IT WAS JUST LIKE HOME.
