« We stayed in an expensive thematic family room. It's really not worth it to pay a supplement for this as there are almost no games for the kids and these rooms have no windows and no natural light coming through. The meals were really awful for the price we paid. It was supposed to be kaiseki meals but there is no service at all. They put everything on the table on the beginning. Everything cooks in the same time and you don't have time to eat. Everything burns or is cold when it's time to eat....

« The hotel was being remodeled and being updated while we stayed there. I am sure it will be excellent when completed. The room was a little small. we had 4 suitcases and movement around the room was difficult. »
