'The property was great, just as described. The check-in process was easy. We had a few minor questions which the host/agent responded to quickly. The property was clean and included all of the needed amenities. The pool was clean and clear and large enough for everyone. Having a half bath near the pool was great. The hot tub was especially appreciated after a day on the lake. The kitchen was large and had most everything we needed for cooking. The outside covered porch was good for family...

'Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place.'
