« Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours. »

« We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub. « The house is in a great location to visit all the attractions in the area of the Canaan Valley of West Virginia. If you like hiking there are plenty of trails nearby. The house is pleasant, comfortable and well equipped. The owners Laurie and Chip are next door if you need any assistance. The mountain views are spectacular! »

« This little cabin was great!! Comfortable beds. Very clean. Brigid the host was so responsive. Instructions were very clear. She even answered our questions about recommendations for a goos hiking trail! Highly recommend! I hope we will be back. »

« This stay was for our 10th anniversary. The cabin was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and the privacy. We had an issue where VRBO didn’t send us the the cabin number and correct code. We ended up arriving at 2am due an emergency delay in our trip. We contacted VRBO and they contacted our host. We felt bad for waking him at 2am, but he was able to give us the information we needed. « The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!! »

Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. « We rented the cabin for a weekend getaway from the city. It was exactly as described. Check in was super easy and Miss Barbara was right on point with answering my questions. She was so accommodating as we were driving 4 hours to come. So easy to work with. The stay was cozy, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the cabin was clean and stocked with amenities. The property is extremely pet friendly. Our dogs had a wonderful time. « Listen, you often get what you pay for. This resort could use a little modernization. I can’t complain about the space and good nights rest though. My family of five comfortably fit in the unit. The pool and golf course did its job. Might want to update the HVAC as it had a hard time keeping the place cool on a hot day. »
