'The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am.'

'It is a tradition in our family to start a visit to Scotland in Court Residence. We have always liked it a lot, but this time we were disappointed. I booked through hotels.com and ordered (and paid for) their best room (The duplex). Unfortunately we did not get it. Then the breakfast, which is as usual some products on a breakfast basket and fridge in the room. Best before date of the bread was few days in the past. The milk in the fridge was a leftover from previous people.... So breakfast...

'This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. '
