« Recently renovated, which was excellent. There was no hand soap available, no shelves of any kind in the shower, and we had problems with the TV. Also, we got no room service, so had to go ask for clean towels for day 2 of our stay. Hot tub was out of order. »

« VERY DISAPPOINTING MATTRESS
The hotel room itself was clean and acceptable, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was worn out and provided very little support, making it difficult to get comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. After a long day of traveling, having a comfortable bed is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, and unfortunately, this mattress fell far short.
