'Parking is difficult NO HANDICAP space provided. Long walk from lot. Room not clean, no opening window as reported on web site, climate control in room non functional, tv not working on arrival (resolved). Scenic setting, comfortable beds, quality towels. Staff attentive and friendly, grab n go area well stocked.'

'The cottage was just as listed, located in a convenient place to visit our cadet at West Point. There were stores & restaurants close by and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable & parking was right outside. A nice stay!'

'We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. '

'Our family from four different states was looking for a place welcoming to adults and children (over 10 years old). This property was perfect for us. The house was clean but also feels lived-in, which helped us be more comfortable using all of the rooms and the spacious kitchen. There were nooks and crannies for privacy. The kids enjoyed the yard, the adults enjoyed walking the grounds. We even had a star gazing night and got to see Comet Lemmon! '
