« A great stay in Bemus Point! The house had everything we needed and was really organized. The location is really close to the lake and a short walk to the center of town. »

« Overall it was great and perfect for my kids, only request I would suggest is darker curtain or blinds because sun comes thru early. I definitely recommend this place and its location was perfect for us. »

« Great property, very clean and in great condition. Very accommodating hosts, excellent and prompt communication. »

« The Refined Retreat: Exactly what this couple was looking for. At a very reasonable price. Our needs were fully met. Beyond that, it’s literally a fun place to stay.First and perhaps foremost, the King Bed in the loft was superb. We’ve traveled extensively. And after all of these years of travel, it’s literally the best rental bed we’ve ever had. (Full Disclosure: It was just the two of us, so we never used the sofa bed.)As others have noted, the many small touches were also greatly...

« I was impressed with the cleanseliness and the warm and inviting atmosphere. »

« This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you! »

« Absolutely amazing hosts !! They were extremely responsive , the beds are extremely comfortable and the property is exactly as listed ! Will for sure consider going back for a longer stay ! »

« Great stay. Clean loft and pet friendly.Host was easy to »

« Nice place but very small and no sidewalks which causes you to track pine needles into house and on shoes, etc.. Great access to water. Recommend no more then 2 travelers max. »

« You have the whole house so it is nice and quiet. I stayed here twice this summer and it was very convenient and relaxing. AC works well and the bed is comfortable. »

« My husband and I were looking for a quiet escape, and this charming cottage on Lake Erie delivered in every way. The lake views alone are worth the stay. We couldn't stop staring at the water from the moment we arrived. The space is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Comfy beds and pillows. The updated bathroom was a nice surprise, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Our favorite moment? Sitting by the fire pit at sunset with our two Yorkies, watching the sky turn pink and orange...

« All three of us couldn't believe how clean the property was. Kathleen dropped by to see how we were doing. She gave us recommendations for dinner restaurants. We only spent one night, but enjoyed sitting on the beach and relaxing. It was great that she provided chairs. I would definitely recommend her to others and hope to stay again. »

« The interior exceeds expectations! Great for myself and a friend to cook and have some quality time catching up. The view of the lake from the seating for two is beautiful and we got to do some fun bird watching. My friend who enjoys cooking said it is extremely well equipped for cooking! Lots of thoughtful touches. »

« Very beautiful place, very comfortable and clean, looking forward to staying again! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom was particularly nice. Overall a very nice experience. The yard was a nice size and would have been great for walking our dog but the high grass especially in the back area made that difficult. »

« Was a cute house, very clean and updated. Had a nice property big enough to have family come by for a fire. Would definitely rent this place again. »

« Cute vrbo. Clean, well stocked. Only overnight for specific event so no time to enjoy lake access but good location on lake near village of lakewood and restaraunts. »
