'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'

Het restaurant staat los van het hotel qua operatie , is eenvoudig maar wel 24 uur open. Excursie is zo geregeld. De omgeving is echter niet uitnodigend voor een wandeling.'

'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). 'En general todo muy bien.El personal del traslado súper amables, mi vuelo se atrasó y a pesar de que llegué a la Ciudad de México a las 12:20 am, el señor del trasladado, se puso en contacto con nosotros, ya sabía que estaba atrasado nuestro vuelo y nos fue a recoger en cuanto llegamos. '
