« Our stay at the Dove’s Rest Fortress was like a dream! This place was beyond stunning! The pictures really can’t capture how beautiful the view really is. The views from the back patio are just breathtaking! The home is spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and blankets and toilet paper. Jeff is a super host! Very responsive and kind. He even had a bottle of champagne, and two keep-sake Dove Rest glasses waiting for us for a special occasion. John and Bambi »

« The house was absolutely beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We were less than 5 minutes from the park entrance so the location can't be better. Definitely bring a telescope because the stargazing can't be beat. We will definitely book with them again. »

« Loved it. Easy to access and beautiful place. Comfy bed and Texas strength air conditioning and well equipped and set up. We had a great time in our short stay and used all three beds (pullout sofa in living room served easily as 3rd bedroom and there were details like luggage rack in the closet and2 full bathrooms and great (and extra) towels. Fully equipped kitchen and even coffee (k cups) and sugar as well as snacks waiting for us. Great light fixtures outside. Beautiful view and...

« The property is very secluded and quiet, my wife and I enjoyed the privacy and tranquility. We were able to the hot tub once in the evening after a little walk and then the next morning, it was so peaceful. Everything was very clean. We loved the shower! »
