« This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. « It's a log cabin which is unique in nature. There were 2 types of beds which are good for children and adults. The pool table created a fun time for the family »

« Great stay in Lake Toya area! Hide was very kind and met us right at our agreed upon arrival time. The house was clean and well maintained with lots of amenities including AC, laundry, and drying racks. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back! »
