'Excellent choice we made to come to Coconut Bay! Food and dining options was fantastic, coffee and bar service up to par all day! Staff was great alround, Gym was easily accessible and available. I couldn't ask for more. Entrainment nighltly and games to play for anyone to join like Bingo, corhole, and dancing. I even got a carnival chip! I visited at a good time! My daughter loved the water which wasn't too complicated, just right! Everything was great!'

'The entertainment was nice - there was a lot of variety. The food was really good. The staff were also very nice. The only problems we had were that the elevator was making a lot of noise and malfunctioning and the back parts of the hotel was a bit dark at night where we had to walk to there is a need for more lights.'
