'No pool, we couldn't use our room card to purchase sodas or chips, $30 a day for vallet parking only, and only restaurant close by was in their basement area. We didn't use it.'

'Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was always very helpful and kind. They gave water bottles which was a huge perk! They accommodated our service dog without any issues. The breakfast every day was wonderful with lots of options that changed every day! We loved having the microwave and full fridge in the room! The only minor thing was since the location is downtown, it was a little noisy with ambulances and police vehicles at night. But we always bring a fan...

'Pool was out of order from the health department. Fitness area is about the worst I have ever seen. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Needs more seating. Our shower had a leaking faucet that was bad enough I had to keep the door shut because it was keeping me up at night. I good cheap stat but would not recommend sorry. Also having one elevator is the most annoying thing about this property.. should never design a hotel with one elevator.'
