'The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. '

'The hand mixer didn't work, the filter in fridge needed changing, the iron didn't work and the ironing board wouldn't stay up. They didn't leave enough towels, 14 and we had 18 people. Other than that it was wonderful, very clean!'

'Well appointed amenities. Came back from hiking to find the power was out. Accidently called the emergency number not realizing it was for after hours, so I hung up before talking to someone. They called back, and advised power was scheduled to be restored in an hour or so. So, we went to dinner and bought firewood in case of no power. Returned after dinner and power was restored! I'm glad they called back. '

'Absolutely beautiful cabin. It had everything we could need in the kitchen as well. The host responded to me within minutes each time and even resolved a hiccup within 10 minutes of it occurring. Accommodated us perfectly! '
