« Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door). Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan. Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff. »

« The rooms were very clean, showers were spotless, we had a welcome kit of towels blankets the ac was nice had access to t.v room service the food was good just took a little while, the staff was friendly and for the amount of days we stayed it was inexpensive »
