Very disappointing stay here. Hotel met our expectations, however this service level doesn’t match at all.
Our food order was wrong when order room service. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. On the last day they wanted us out at exactly 10 am. The room cleaners came at 945 am to tell us to get out. In all my stats, I have never experience this at any hotel. At 10 am they came back with another person telling us that we need to leave the room, we told them we are waiting for our yo pick us up.
From a service standpoint I find this very rude on there part. Our ride arrive at 10:15 am. It’s funny the hotel employed Ed couldn’t spare 15 mins for our comfort to wait in the room.
From this point forward I will stay irvrevvomnend this hotel or its chain as their employees represent brand of this hotel for our experience of customer service to be wcpected. Management will need to retrain staff, to better needs their guest needs here .
