'I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. 'Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.'

'The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. '

'This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.'

'I didn't get the room what i request. They put me in an apartment which i never reserve. Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast'
