« Front desk staff were exceptional. Housecleaning staff - not so much. Rooms were a little over full. Breakfast was ok but inconsistent. Convenient to eating. I'd probably be willing to stay there again. »

« We enjoyed our stay, however, there wasn't an elevator (hard for people with issues and it's a flight of 19 stairs to the second floor). The pool was closed & the breakfast was minimum choices. Overall nice place and it was good price & location. »

« The property was good and clean but I dint like their breakfast refill system. We went to have breakfast mid way to the allowed window. There was still more than an hr left for breakfast window to close. Everything was empty. coffee machine bean bag was full,no bread,no pancakes. Even after multiple enquiries, waited for 40min but they didn't refill. They kept saying we are working on it and 20min before close time, they said sorry we cant refil now. It was just crazy. Why make us wait for more...

« The desk clerk was frequently in the breakfast area on her phone instead of being the counter. At one point, my key stopped working and her suggestion was I move to a different room rather than fixing my door. Also she kept repeating my room number very loudly in a lobby full of people who were now aware my door is malfunctioning. I was so creeped out I left a day early. »

« Absolutely what we were looking for. A nice, relaxing night away before a pheasant hunt on Sunday. The temp was a little chilly at night but the space heater provided enough heat that we were very comfortable in the Yurt. Close to the showers and restroom. Highly recommend. »

« Cabin was clean, nice quiet peaceful scenery! Solar power, WiFi, and fridge were a huge plus. Beds were very comfortable! »

« The campsite was beautiful and Angie was great. However, the listing had showed that there was a single bed in one of the rooms but when we arrived there were bunk beds instead. Overall not a bad thing, just not what was advertised. The T.V. didn't work when we checked in and because we had travelled 6 consecutive hours to get there we didnt want to put up much of a fuss about it. Angie had showed up right as we got there and tried to resolve the issue the best she could for how late it was....

« We got to stay in a larger cabin because someone wanted to original cabin for multiple days and we were staying just for one night. We were in Cabin 2. The cabin had lots of room. The A/C unit kept the place cool on a day that reached 97F. The host turned on the A/C before we got there to cool the cabin down which was really appreciated since we just finished bicycling over 40 miles from Grand Rapids.
