'The pillows on the bed were too small and old. Had a strong odor. So did the carpet and the towels. The room was tidy but whoever manages the supplies and rotates the towels pillows etc needs to find different work. The clerk gave us the wrong room. We reserved 2 queens ..given a king. After a ww hour journey we were too tired to go downstairs and straighten it out. In the room there was a locked closet with a very loud compressor that ran all night long. Both of us had a headache and stuffed...

'The property was rundown, The room smelled musty, there were stains on the walls, the tub was peeling. It was gross. I would not recommend staying here.'

'We arrive in the hotel at midnight and i ask the receptionist for additional blanket and pillow since i booked for 5 persons and they don’t have extra. The carpet is dirty and the beddings and blanket has hair!!'

'The young lady at front desk was apologetics due to the room mix up. The first room that I were issue the tub wasn't clean. Given keys for another room and was told it will be 201, went to 201, keys didn't work. Look at the folder and it stated room 410, so I went there, open that door and someone was already there. Back on the elevator to the front desk, personal meet met me and gave me the keys to 201: finally I got settle in. Again, the customer service made a difference'

'This property is showing its age but the staff are doing a great job of keeping it clean and functioning. Every staff member went over and beyond to make it feel like “coming home”. The two front people, Connie and David were exceptional. We met the manager in the morning and she was wonderful as well. Would highly recommend this property based on staff alone but the cleanliness of everything made it perfect. The king bed was very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great.'

'Hotel was ok no king size beds Dont leave anything important in your room they are always in your room. They need to exterminate because it was big spiders crickets and roaches i thought I was in a jungle. Other than that for a quick stay low money it was ok.'
