'The renovations were impressive and while we stayed in the older part of the hotel the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast needs significant improvement which I expect will coincide with the completion of the renovations. Would stay here again to make use of all the amenities.'

'The room was very tidy just very small for a larger size family (2 adults, 4 kids under 8). Unfortunately this is the biggest room available. Outside of that it was honestly a perfect stay for what our needs were. Being able to access Sovereign Hill from a side gate was amazing and being able to come & go meant we didn’t need to carry as much with us. 'Reception guy was friendly and the pool was heated. They were the only things that were ok. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 kids. Do not recommend. Room was so old and foul. Pillows and beds are super old and uncomfortable. The photos make it look way nicer than it is. Everything is so run down. It needs some serious love and care.'
