« The young man at the front desk was very helpful & nice. I had to call bc we was running late, he assured me that I was okay. As I arrived he was very nice. The room was clean up to date. Only thing I felt it was pricey after I got there from the drive being on complete back roads no highways no byways. But Thank You »

« Love that place, Amish, big valley antiques and nearby speedway which perfect for us to sleep. Nice bed, very good smell soap, shampoo and lotion. Breakfast was okay, I'm hoping for waffle but pancake. Still good foods anyway. Definitely will come back again. Thanks!! »

« This cozy home was the perfect landing spot for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful, the space is clean and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. It was about 34 minutes to my daughter’s apartment near the McAllister parking garage at any time — Thursday night, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning. If you’re traveling west on 322 into State College, it’s a great location. I wish I’d found it four years ago! »

« The house was clean and had just about everything you need for an extended stay. I was only there in the evenings but it was warm and inviting when I returned from the Deer woods every day. Having the whole house and appliances was great but if you need to prep any meals, you will need to bring a sharp knife for chopping and slicing meats or vegetables. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the second bedroom has a bunk bed that I didn't use. The basement room off of the laundry room...

« Amazing host! The cabin was spacious, cozy, and everything and more we had hoped for. We wanted somewhere nestled in the forest away from other houses and people. This was perfect! Very clean, very welcoming. We will definitely return to experience more of Raystown Lake and state parks in the summer. »

« If you have the opportunity to stay here, highly recommend it. The place is so cute and comfy. There’s a lot nearby within driving distance and if you want to take a drive to Penn all the better. We really loved this stay for our anniversary and happy with it. »

« House was very unique and had all of the amenities you could want. The location on the river was great except for 2 features - the train that goes by nearly every 10-15min is quite noisey and can be heard within the house; the other item was that there were at least 5 30lb carp that had just been thrown in the treeline and were rotting. The smell was absolutely awful and stunk up the whole neighborhood. Otherwise the house and stay was great. »
