« Gersson is incredibly thoughtful and has made this place outstanding. Great communication beforehand. The house is clean and well organized with labels and little reminders here and there. The kitchen is a gem with lots of the essentials for cooking and eating. We were in town for a funeral and very appreciative of the care he took for getting the place ready for us. Hope to stay here again on a much lighter note. »

« The A/C did not work despite host response to a previous review stating that the A/C was fixed. The temperature inside the house was in the 80s during the day and at night the temperature did not get below 79. VRBO customer service and myself spent over 5 hours trying to contact the host upon check only to get a message asking me to “set the thermostat to a lower temperature.” As if I hadn’t already tried that. « Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...

« Cute little home with nice amenities. The grill was not clean upon arrival and the power outlet in master bathroom did not work as well as no remote or working tv in master bedroom. Otherwise, no complaints. »

« Great stay. We had some issues with the WiFi that wasn’t the host fault but he was very communicative and helped us get through it. Cool property . Enjoyed the pool. Backyard needs some maintenance with the weeds tho. I would definitely stay again! »
