« Dirty room »

« The hotel is very dated. The furniture in the room was very dirty and the upholstery was ripped and torn. The room was very small and had an odor. The air did not seem to work well either. »

« The room was nice & clean on arrival, the AC was already on when we opened the door after a hot days travelling. The staff were all nice, Tammy, Stephanie & Robin on the front desk couldn't help us enough with anything we needed. Our room "maid" Omar was great as well. The pool was really nice & the view from the hotel was perfect being on the outskirts of town. Breakfast was really nice, with a good selection of fruit everyday & some nice "breakfast tea" for the Brits. We enjoyed our stay...

« L'hôtel est facile à trouver, il est sur le bord de la Highway 192 W; L'accueil du soir du matin sont excellents. Merci pour la petite bouteille d'eau offerte avec mon prénom dessus lors de mon départ. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant, il y en a pour tous les goûts, chaud ou froid, par contre. Au petit déjeuner : Il serait judicieux de remplacer la vaisselle jetable par de la vaisselle lavable, cela engendrerait moins de déchets ! »

« We called ahead of time and asked if their pool was open and they said yes, then when we got there they tell us it's closed. It used to be a great place stay but now it's gone down hill terribly. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, it's not worth the money. »

« Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms. »

« Very nice room, very clean and a good breakfast. Great place to stay off of I-75 when doing a road trip up and down. »

« Our stay here exceeded my expectations! The manager was always smiling and willing to help with anything my family or I needed. Everything was very clean. Will definitely stay here again when we visit, no doubt about that! »
