'We loved the staff especially Dehbar. The food was spectacular! The pools were ok, not all of them were working. We had an issue with our sliding glass door not locking. We also had an issue with reservations. The person we were speaking with was unreasonable and unaccommodating. We were overcharged double and not refunded. '

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'When we arrived my wife and I we were welcomed by Jerry and Geraldine from the firs moment they makes us feel VIP . All of their staff share the same goal to make us feel important, and we were. We estayed for four nights, and our experience was 100% ++ satisfied. Hotel rooms, garden, food, location, and the river in the back was great 👍 We recommend this hotel 100%'

'Alleen geen wifi in de slaapkamer '

'Locatie is mooi en top uitzicht op de vulkaan. Restaurant en spa goed. Receptie vriendelijk maar maakte veel fout informeerde ons niet tav covid wijzigingen tav spa ook bleek onze tour niet goed te zijn doorgeven waardoor deze te laat starte. Kamer was eenvoudig toe aan onderhoud veel lawaai en geen blinderende gordijnen waardoor een goede nachtrust niet lukte uiteindelijke een dag eerder uitgecheckt vanwege dit alles. Niet het geldwaard!'

'If you wish to have a great view of the Arenal Volcano, this is the place. The rooms are pretty big and your kids can run around in the room at night. The rooms are not cheap, basically nothing is cheap in Costa Rica for that matter. No supermarket close by...so stock before you arrive. The rooms have a spa bath..again great for the kids. The have 2 false hot springs, one on the property and one at a 10 minute drive from the property next to Baldi Springs. They provide shuttle service for that...

'Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse '
