'When we arrived it looked like it had been vacant for some time. The yard and sidewalk were full of weeds that were well over a foot tall. Then, when we went inside the AC had not been running so it was very warm inside. (It was July and was in the 90s at this time.) We immediately turned on the AC and all the fans. 'Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, quiet and the listing is accurate. The only two things I would point out are the kitchen is very modestly stocked and we had problems with the dryer and it took the host a while to respond to my message. We like to cook when we travel and if you do the same you’ll find that there are things you won’t have that you need. All that said the place served us and we would stay there again. '

'I have stayed in many VRBOs and this owner and property take SUPER HOST to a new level. The Golden Foothills Suite was PERFECT. Communication was exceptional. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. The Suite is exceptionally well organized and equipped. It had everything one might need. The place is immaculately clean. Bed was new. Excellent mattress. Check in /check out process was seamless. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful, well laid out and functional. ...

'This one room unit had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The owner was wonderful as he responded to my questions almost instantly. The parking is good, the neighborhood is good. There is a King Soopers within walking distance.'

'The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.'
