'Breakfast was the bomb, snacks on deck , staff is amazing'

'The check-inn was unkind. We arrived very tired and when we got to bed we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We were too tired to dress again and put the dead animal aside. When leaving we showed the picture of the cockroach and complained about the cleaning. No sorries, no compensation and only two persons behind the desk discussing how the cockroach got into the room. Only to us “send the picture to us!”.We left disappointed and confused. Offical complaint will follow. Never back again...

'The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Room was neat and just as described on website. There’s a small gym on the second floor and although we didn’t use the breakfast services, the breakfast lounge looked well kept.'

'The housekeeping was non existent. I had a kitchenette with no pots, pans silverware, cups and even after asking two days in a row at 630am for housekeeping no housekeeping was provided for the 4 day stay. The bathroom door was waterlogged and rotting wood at the bottom and the shower tile had been patched up pretty poorly 😕 I was really disappointed'

'Our shower had hair left in it. The toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. The main door to our room would not latch shut due to the mechanism getting stuck in the door. The beds were not comfortable and the sleeper sofa mattress was extremely thin.'

'To start with, when we arrived for check in, the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room and hotel itself was spotless and perfect. It was reasonably priced especially with the quality service that we received. Will definitely stay here again!'

'Very clean room Quite and great location for area restaurants. I would stay there again'
