'I was a little hesitant when we first arrived, as the property appears older compared to some of the nearby hotels. However, for the price, it turned out to be a solid stay. The location is a big plus, very convenient to plenty of shopping and dining options. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made a great impression. The only downside was the lack of a fridge and microwave, which would have made the stay even better. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised to see EV chargers...

'Clean room. Polite staff. Air conditioning work well. Only issues was the toilet being very low to the ground. Felt like a child level toilet. Everything else was excellent.'

'Felt safe by base and secluded, old design, smelled marijuana strong in hallways-very unpleasant. Layout of rooms were very weird but slept good.'

'The check-inn was unkind. We arrived very tired and when we got to bed we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We were too tired to dress again and put the dead animal aside. When leaving we showed the picture of the cockroach and complained about the cleaning. No sorries, no compensation and only two persons behind the desk discussing how the cockroach got into the room. Only to us “send the picture to us!”.We left disappointed and confused. Offical complaint will follow. Never back again...

'Bath tub looked dirty. You can tell they don't move furniture to vacuum. They had the front doors open to "air it out".'

'The room was really nice. Personnel was really friendly. But the breakfast was a bit unhealthy. I hoped to see more fresh fruits, and I could see the ‘fresh’ food (like omelets or scrambled egg) was not made fresh, but heated and that is a shame. '

'I decided to try a different hotel in the area for my stay in Perry. We arrived hours past check in due to our drive out of state. The front desk attendant was nice and very patient with me as I had issues with my bank. After receiving the key to our room, we unload the car then head towards the room while the room was nice. 'IT is a very new hotel with very Nice and specious Room. There was a very loud party of guest who were up till 3 in the morning. We complained at the frontoffice at 24.00 in the evening. They react and ask the party to be quiet, but didn’t follow up. So the party was quiet for 10 minuets and then were load again. Breakfast was average. '
