'Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.'

'The check in was smooth. I had the check out date wrong and needed another night and the attendant tried very hard to get us another night. The room was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. The laundry was convenient in the building and the front desk had quarters for the machines. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The attendant kept it stocked and clean. Check out was a breeze and we will stay again.'

'Good value for the money. Our room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. Room smelled a little musty, but it was a hot, humid day. We cranked AC and that helped. Breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly. Also, it is a pet friendly hotel with its own dog park!'
