'When you walk into a $100.00 plus room and find ear plugs as part of the bath amenities, you know you are in trouble. We were on the second floor (of 3 floors) and could not sleep all night, highway outside our window, hearing the people above us at all different times during the night due to noise transfer, and then there was the heater going on and off all night long. Worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel room. The Management was aware of these noise issues due to the fact the ear...
