'Bel emplacement'

'This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Professional, super clean, well equipped, comfortable and with lovely staff. Every single one of our needs and wishes were granted. In a great area of Guadalajara. We will certainly return and highly recommend!'

'I had a room staff do an extra charge because I had a small blood smear on the sheets...never seen that in my lifetime. Would have rubbed it out in 2 minutes.'

'The hotel was very well kept in cleanliness and the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. And I really enjoyed that the hotel was within walking distance to some shops, restaurants, plazas, etc. My stay there was great!'

'It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am...
