'We didn’t get to stay long because of the amount of rain that dumped on central Texas it flooded the rivers, which was not anyones fault. But the place was great. Cute perfect for our family and we will be going back to enjoy our stay. The owner was super helpful and communicated great with us during our stay. '

'This home was perfect for our cousin trip. The many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchenettes gave everyone ample space to call their own. We loved having a guest house to use also. The private access to the river in our backyard made it super fun to spend the days and the huge fire pit was perfect for starry nights (and s'mores!). '

'We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. It’s an older, but comfortable house to accommodate your large parties and the location is not far from the highway and close to everything you need, but also far enough for quiet time to enjoy and...

'This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. Would return for sure!'
