'First, I booked this room to save the $20 I would have paid to go to Embassey Suites. Yet when we checked in they charged an extra $15 to park in their lot - which was not full. Then, the first room we went to smelt of mold and mildew. The front desk clerk very kindly changed our rooms (she was great!). The next room smelled fine, but the air conditioner is old and it had trouble keeping up with our cold setting (we like it cold at 68). We also woke up, went to take a shower and the shampoo was...

'The hot breakfast each morning was the best part of the stay. The property was okay. I was not a fan of the AI checkout in lieu of a real human. It felt very impersonal to me. I believe they should reconsider that aspect. Additionally, I feel that it was slightly overpriced with comparable brands, but the property was fine and the fresh breakfast was appreciated.'
