'Room was not clean at check-in. Someone had been on the bed & it was a mess. Dirty sheets in a laundry basket sitting on the counter. Floor was soaked. Looked like some dried weeds or something on rhe counter as well as a cigarette lighter. Door to room was not even closed when we arrived. No one was at the front desk to move us to another room. Called & the clerk had to go back to the office to see if another room was available. She moved us to a room below the first room. It was a loud night....

The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful...
