I arrived around 10:15pm and was told there were no rooms available, I told the clerk I had booked and prepaid over a week in advance. He said he just arrived at 10pm as well and didn’t know why the rooms were not available, He finally gave in and had to help several of us out who had all prepaid, he ended up finding available rooms that were not yet cleaned, so he started cleaning after checking us all in, my room wasn’t ready until 1:45am. After waiting almost 4 hours, some others came in during my wait, they also had prepaid, they decided to leave and try to find other hotels, I had to make my own beds when I did finally get in my room, so it was after 2am before finally settling in. Unfortunately I had to stay 4 nights as I had already prepaid. During my whole stay there was never anyone in the office during the day and the gate was always pulled shut and the cleaning crew never came to my room during my whole stay, I will never stay there again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
