Staff was great My room door sticks to the floor so it was difficult to open (440) Not enough towels...I needed to grab towels everyday Room Service kept room neat Many homeless in the area by the door. It made it a little uncomfortable I dont agree with $15 a day for parking I didnt like the freight trains running all day and night'

'The breakfast was great. The lobby was nice . No pool. Rooms were nice. If you plan on using the pull out sofa you need to go to the front desk for the sheets. Overall, a good hotel.'

'Without a doubt I will never stay again at the comfort inn in Lansing Michigan. I arrived there Friday, July 17 from that time until I checked out on Sunday, July 20 my room was never cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels brought in. I went to the registration desk on Saturday to let them know that the quilt between the sheets on the bed was literally damp as was the floor. The woman at the registration desk said she would have someone take a look at it....it never happened! Can't believe that...

'Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by.'

'As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. We went down to the front desk and asked for towels and the lady replied with a rude tone “which ones!?” And we said all of them and then we asked got another role of toilet paper and...

'I actually rate it as 4.5 of 5. 1) I did not like all the cigarette butts barely out the front door, scattered in all directions for 20'+. Do they ever get removed? Why do smokers think they have a right to pollute like that? They are such offenders of rest of us health!!!!!!! And for us to have to walk through your putrid clingy smoke = Gross!!!!!! Where is your respect? Please go out in the parking lot to do your bad habit. Unfortunately this is the same scenario at way too many hotels. 2)...

'The staff here were excellent, especially the maintenance and cleaning staff who were around throughout my stay. The property condition could have been better (damaged door frame in the bathroom and uneven parking lot) but the stay was otherwise great. The location was very convenient for me.'

'The main thing that bothered me was the fact that my grandsons we not allowed to use the pool at all. Period. He implied “guests cannot use the pool” I said “well am I a guest?” He said “no” so I was genuinely confused. The room had already been paid for so I just said nvm. However. It is July and hot outside and there is no where to control the A/C. Bizarre! My deposit also he said “can take up to 10 days to get back on debit card.” This was insane ! NEVER AGAIN'
