'The hotel is fantastic but during the week nearly deserted. I was the only one for dinner and at breakfast only one other person was there. Because of this it had no atmosphere at all but on the whole a nice hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast is totally catered for local visitors only so for westerners not much good. Overall not a bad place to be but better when there are some more people around.'

'First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. 'The hotel is located on the main strip of Kuala Belait town so easy access to shops and eateries nearby. Very friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Stayed in Room 208 which accommodated three of us.
